I wrote this last night, before Amazon blocked the book from sale.

But it’s up now. We’re gold. I don’t think they’ll take it down. I know lots of you are concerned about that. Though I love a buying frenzy as much as the next author it’s probably not necessary, though I hear if you change something the review process starts again and the book can get stuck again. I don’t know. Hope springs eternal.
