The New York Times best seller.

There are a few unbreakable rules in the game.

Stay collected. Compartmentalize. Think your next move through.

Never let your heart dictate your tactics.

what what what happened not the way I was anticipating
very different from the first book that for sure .
Was I the only one that like the refreshing way it was delivered? I loved the story the narrators don't get me wrong but I loved better the way the story was delivered in book 1.
Good job CD Reiss you had my attention during every second of book 1&2 loved loved loved it

Beautiful, painful yet painful

Any additional comments?

I will admit I was disappointed that this wasn’t the same format as book one. I loved the Duet in book one. Even with that, the narration was still superb. Sebastian and Elena are both phenomenal narrators.

We pick up in book 2 shortly after book on ends and Diana has to devise a way to win Adam back. A lot of the story is spent in Diana’s head. This was good and insightful since so much of book one was in Adam’s. Yet if found her wishy washy back and forth attitude tiresome. She only wants Adam one way, that’s not how love works. It was extremely frustrating.

This was a book of two people finding their true selves and discovering love again through domination and submission. It really isn’t a story for the faint of heart. It isn’t the darkest I’ve read, however, it isn’t really a happy story either. It’s painfully at times, and frustrating at others. Yet it is beautiful and soulful and I am glad I listened to it. It makes me appreciate the relationship I have. I am giving Separations Games 4 Boundless Stars, I really enjoyed it.

under covering authentic self for a forever love

Love requires truth to survive. They had to let go to find it. Great read. Got the message....

Glad I didn’t go by the reviews

I thoroughly enjoyed this story and I even cried!!!
Yes cried!!!!
I don’t know how anyone could not love this story
It was a bit drawn out
But I saw so much negativity around the female lead and I loved her
I enjoy the the sex club type stories but I always find myself getting annoyed at how the females have no back bone.

The guy does something horrible and the female basically begs to have him

This one was strong and submissive
She wasn’t taking his bull

Like said it was a great story and worth the money

Doing the hard work

The conclusion to this duet had a different feel to the first book. I felt like I was with this couple, struggling to make their marriage work or make an exit. Emotionally, you go through the wringer with them. I debated listening to it based on other reviews but I’m really glad I did. Gritty & painfully honest. Brilliant narration.

just ..WOW!

I totally loved this series. The books kept me in knots .. their feelings for each other constantly changing! SIZZLING HOT! This was a very unique story and although, I am no literary expert, I think that CD Reiss is a fabulous author! The narration was beyond good.. perfect for these two characters but how can you go wrong with Sebastian York and Elena Wolfe! I liked the dual narration in the first book better but most of the books I listen to don't have that so I'm accustomed to it. Both of these narrators do the opposite sex voice very well. great job CD Reiss!

One of the most thought provoking books....

If you could sum up Separation Games in three words, what would they be?

I couldn't wait for this book to come out in audible because the first one capitivated me. If you ever had a relationship that was perfect but something was missing, then listen to these two books. I cringed at some of the "scenes," but I'm obviously attracted to the "life." If you can step outside of yourself and let C D Reiss take you inside of these characters (and save the judgments) then you might learn something about yourself. I personally couldn't stop listening to both this and the first one. Reiss knows how to keep up your interest. The narration was great.

Love the third book of series

The first two books were too drawn out, didn’t cover much other than set the plot and lots of sex.

hot

again my only problem with this book is the male narrator. other than that the story is much better than i expected. everything is described down to the last detail enabling listeners to picture what was happening in the story. thumbs up for that.
